- Initial meeting with your wedding planner to determine your wedding style, overall design, theme, and general logistics
- Designated wedding planner to provide guidance and support throughout the entire planning process
- Open communication with your designated planner via email, with scheduled calls for updates and check-ins
- Assistance with the formation and management of your budget
- Attendance at all major meetings and appointments regarding the following:
- Venue
- Catering
- Decor
- Entertainment
- Venue scouting (accompanied)
- Assistance with the selection and booking of your wedding venue
- Organization and management of your guest list and RSVPs
- Personalized planning itinerary
- Provide referrals for all wedding vendors
- Contract review and negotiation
- Creation and distribution of a detailed wedding day timeline to all vendors and your bridal party
- Assistance with hotel accommodations
- Preparation and delivery of welcome totes to the hotel
- Organization of wedding transportation
- Coordination of pre-wedding festivities at preferred rate
- Organization and management of your ceremony rehearsal
- Full wedding day management including:
- Liaising with all wedding vendors concerning arrival/setup times and or unique vendor details
- Managing event staff, ensuring all layouts and design elements are in order
- Coordinating all members of the wedding ceremony including the officiant, bridal party, and your families
- Scheduling your entrances, dances, toasts, cake cutting, and or any other traditional elements
- Organizing your reception details including seating charts, menu cards, table numbers, and wedding favors
- Arrange final vendor payments and gratuities
All packages include a designated planner and 1 assistant.
Additional assistants will incur additional fees and are required for weddings with 150 guests or more.
